Returns & Exchanges
Refunds & Exchanges – Within 14 Days
We understand that sometimes purchases may not work out. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, according to applicable EU consumer regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hosiery products if the protective seal has been broken, the packaging has been opened, or the item has been tried on. Hosiery includes tights, pantyhose, stockings, hold-ups, bodystockings, and similar intimate garments.
Clearance items and final sale products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Before wearing, remove jewelry and avoid sharp nails that may damage the delicate fibers. Gently roll the tights from the waistband down to the toes, insert one foot at a time and slowly unfold the fabric along your legs. Avoid pulling strongly: let the elasticity of the fibers naturally adapt to your silhouette.
💎 Wash with Attention
For maximum durability, we recommend a separate delicate wash dedicated to your hosiery. Hand washing is ideal, but machine washing is possible using a protective laundry bag. Select a gentle program for synthetic fabrics, set the temperature at maximum 30°C and use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, aggressive products, fabric softeners and high-speed spinning, which may affect fiber performance and elasticity.
🤍 Dry & Store Beautifully
Never tumble dry or expose directly to intense heat. Let your hosiery air dry naturally, then fold gently and store separately from clothes with zippers, hooks or rough materials.
