At Lussus Hosiery, we choose delivery partners based on reliability, tracking accuracy and discretion, not just price. Quality doesn’t stop at the product. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our Facility in Latvia (European Union) to customers worldwide.
EU Shipping
EU Standard Delivery – 3–8 working days (€6.99)
All standard EU orders are dispatched Monday–Friday using tracked postal or courier services.
Enjoy free Standard Delivery on orders over €100.
EU Express Delivery – 2–5 working days (€12.99)
Express orders are prioritised and shipped using fast tracked courier services.
Enjoy free Express Delivery on orders over €150.
EU Orders – Taxes & Duties
All orders shipped within the European Union are free from customs duties or import charges. VAT, where applicable, is handled according to EU regulations and no additional customs fees are charged upon delivery.
Worldwide Shipping
Lussus Hosiery ships worldwide from Latvia. Please note that for destinations outside the European Union, Lussus Hosiery is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, local taxes, or any additional charges applied by destination countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about possible import costs before ordering.

All International Standard orders are shipped using tracked international postal services. All International Express orders are shipped using premium tracked courier services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent partners depending on destination.
Dispatch Times – 24–48 Hours
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays and exceptional circumstances. Express Delivery orders are prioritised.
Pre-Orders – 5–14 Business Days
Pre-order items are dispatched within 5–14 business days from the date of your order. If your order contains both available and pre-order products, the complete order may be shipped together once all items are available.

All Lussus Hosiery orders are shipped in discreet packaging without visible product descriptions. Your privacy is important to us.
Delivery Estimates
International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local delivery services, and destination country.
Express delivery services provide faster and more accurate delivery tracking.
If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate.
Weekend & Public Holiday Orders: orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery estimates are calculated based on working days (Monday–Friday).
Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address and shipping information are correct before confirming your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels may require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

If you paid using PayPal and experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer service team first. We will always do our best to solve any problem quickly and professionally.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds & Exchanges – Within 14 Days
We understand that sometimes purchases may not work out. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, according to applicable EU consumer regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hosiery products if the protective seal has been broken, the packaging has been opened, or the item has been tried on. Hosiery includes tights, pantyhose, stockings, hold-ups, bodystockings, and similar intimate garments.
Clearance items and final sale products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Products showing signs of use, perfume, deodorant, makeup, damage, or removed hygiene protection cannot be refunded.

Returns Address is in Latvia (European Union). Full return address will be provided after return approval.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an eligible product for another size or item, please contact us. Replacement products will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
Please keep proof of postage when returning items. Products remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by Lussus Hosiery. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are not refundable when an entire order is returned.
Faulty Items
If your product has a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect item, please contact Lussus Hosiery customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange the best solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Please allow up to 14 working days after receiving your return for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
